The NCB Series Pneumatic Ball Vibrators be used where bulk materials need to be moved. They are used to facilitate the emptying of containers, preventing bridges, chimneys and material stuck in hoppers.
The multi-directional vibration generated by ball vibrators is created by the high centrifugal force produced by a ball of steel which rolls on a polished and hardened track of the same material.
The frequency of the ball vibrators, and therefore the centrifugal force, can be continuously regulated via the inlet pressure.
