The MINERVA centrifugal sieve It is used when high productivity is required, and two types of screening can be performed:
> Screening for separating different granulometries of bulk product with poor flow properties, difficult to screen due to their high moisture, grease or static electricity content.
>Safety screening of the finished product to eliminate possible impurities.
Used in industrial sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, etc., they are suitable for a wide range of products such as flour, cocoa, sugars, ceramics, varnishes, pigments, plastics, etc. It can separate granulometries from 75 microns to 5 mm.
The product to be sifted is transported into the cylinder by the feed screw and is distributed over the entire surface of the sieve by means of the centrifugal blades. The speed of rotation of the blades creates a centrifugal force that makes the product pass through the mesh. The coarsest particles or those with impurities are discarded.
It is manufactured in AISI-304 or AISI-316 stainless steel upon request. If the centrifugal sieve shaker is to work in areas classified as potentially explosive atmospheres, it is manufactured accordingly and ATEX documentation is also provided.
Equipment suitable for pneumatic transport (+0.8bar delivery/-0.5bar suction).
