The EVAK series of vacuum air knives is designed not only to remove water from the strands, but also to control the water once it's removed. Unlike a conventional air knife, which simply blows the water away, the EVAK uses a vacuum-induced airflow to facilitate more efficient extraction.
The specifically designed cyclone separation system separates water from the air and collects it before evacuating it through a check valve. This water can then be recovered and reused within the system.
The EVAK features a vacuum comb made of hardened, chrome-plated stainless steel, allowing each strand to occupy its own groove, ensuring optimal water removal and control.
