FLEXI-DISC™ tubular cable conveyors allow bulk materials to slide smoothly through smooth stainless steel tubes, thanks to low-friction polymer discs attached to a stainless steel cable. The system is activated by a wheel at one end of the loop, while another wheel at the opposite end maintains proper tension.
This versatile design allows for single or multiple inlet and outlet configurations, facilitating transport through walls or ceilings, in vertical, horizontal or any angle positions required.
Systems can collect material from different points in the plant and deliver it to hoppers, silos, packaging machines or other downstream process equipment. And because of their modular nature, it's easy to add, remove or relocate inlets and outlets, as well as lengthen, shorten or move the circuit as operational needs change.
