Special perforation plates with conical holes in the direction of passage. This conical shape of the perforations reduces the passage resistance, prevents blockages of the holes and increases production. Its special design allows its size to be reduced up to 7 times smaller than conventional plates.
It allows the pressure loss to be distributed evenly over the entire bed surface. The conical and directional perforation allows the air in a fluid bed to be directed while increasing the exit speed of the sheet. This reduces the possibility of clogging, helps the discharge of the product and can influence the residence time of the product in the installation.
The holes in thin perforation plates are more triangular – semi-ellipsoidal with conical openings inclined in the direction of the pitch.
