This model combines simple operation, low maintenance, and heavy-duty stainless steel construction to ensure continuous, reliable performance. No tools are required to access the cutting chamber or remove the upper roller, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

It can process everything from flexible thermoplastic strands to brittle or fiberglass-reinforced materials, ensuring consistent cut quality at all times.

• Eccentric rotor that allows quick and precise adjustment of the cutting gap.
• Adjustment by rotating the bearing housing, moving the rotor as a whole.
• Stationary support for the fixed blade that shortens the distance between the entry point and the cutting area, improving strand control.
• 48-tooth rotor with stellite tip (standard) o 40 teeth with carbide coating (optional).
• Large-plunger pneumatic cylinders (2,5″ / 63,5 mm) mounted on top of the camera: greater pulling force and easy front access.
